All products sold on SourceHub BD are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the license type purchased (one-time, license key, or subscription).
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the product is defective or significantly not as described. Contact support within 7 days of purchase.
You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products without explicit written permission. License keys are for personal or single-project use unless stated otherwise.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
All products, branding, and content on SourceHub BD are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
SourceHub BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
